Chicken Cordon Bleu – كوردن بلو

Chicken Cordon bleu: 750 gm

Cooking method: You can fry it in a deep oil after making sure that the oil is hot, but after adding the cordon bleu make the heat lower and let it cooked through, or fry it in the air fryer at a temperature 180-200 degrees, or heat up a small amount of oil in a pan then place the cordon bleu on a side for 5 mins then on the other side for 5 mins, then put it in the oven until cooking through.

طريقة التحضير: يقلي في زيت غزير بعد التأكد من سخونيه الزيت يرجي انخفاض درجة الحراره ويسوي علي نار هادئة لإتمام السواء، أو يتم تسويتها في المقلاة بالكهرباء على درجة حرارة 180-200، أو يمكن تسخين كمية قليلة من الزيت في طاية ويتم وضع الكوردون بلو على جهة لمدة 5 دقائق ثم على الجهة الأخرى لمدة 5 دقائق ثم يتم وضعه في الفرن حتى يستوي
